HOW TO GET LONG HAIR

So today i am going to share tips and tricks which help you to get naturally long hair. It is a dream of every girl to get long and healthy hair. It increase their beauty. One of the biggest myth about black hair is that black hair doesn't grow as quickly as other types of hair grow. But it is just a myth nothing happened in this world like that. By testing it has proved that all hairs grow about 1/2 inch per month but it totally depends on how we treat them. So today i am sharing some tips which really help you to get longer hair and tips which make you hairs look more healthy and shinny.




1. MASSAGE.

            Whenever you shampoo your hair try to massage them it make theirs root strong which helps you to get longer hair. Switch to a natural shampoo. Put oil on your head after when you take bath and give massage to you hair.

2. BRUSH.

          Brush your hair daily, but keep in mind too much brush can damage you hair's root. To much good can be bad for you. There is no need to brush your hair 100 strokes per night. the less you do the more they flourishes.

3. WET HAIR.

        Keep in mind when you take bath, it kinda open your pores which slightly make your hair's root weak but when they become dry get back to their original condition again. So whenever you take bath never brush after it try to wait till they become dry.

4. WASH YOUR HAIR LESS.

             So as i told you too much good can be bad for you, so in the same you do not need to wash your hair, too much wast will make strip your natural oil from hair which make your hair dry. Trust me washing hair few times per week is okay keep them dry and delicate.

5. STAY AWAY FROM HEAT.

                 Stay away from heat as much as possible, it can also damage your hair. It sounds weired but heat is the most common reason. Do not try to expose your hair too much in sun it will damage your hair's root.

6. DO NOT TO STYLE.

Do not try to do alot of styles, nowadays usually girls dye their hair use commercial products, use gel but all of these things do nothing more than damaging your hair.

PONYTAILS AND HAIR DAMAGE.

whenever you wear ponytail you run the risk of damaging your hair, ponytail put too much stress on your hairs. Lets take an example of farmer, go to his field everyday with same routine, over a period of month, the grass worn down and then worn away. leave the bare path, same thing with ponytail used so often, so do not ponytail to much.

  2. If you have oily scalp than warm water is beneficial but if not then try to wash your hair with cold or normal water and do not brush it till it get dry..
