WEIGHT LOSS BY DIETING
Weight loss by dieting is easier then by exercise. All you have to di is just reduce the amount of calorie you are takin per day. A normal men/women need 3000 to 3500 calorie per day. But if we take only 500 to 1000 calorie we can lose 3 to 4 pound or more depend upon your rate of metabolism per week. Take alot of vegetable and fruits, drink alot of water and green tea, ok so here is the chart.
DAY 1.
Eat soup with watermelon and melon juice instead of all your main food. take a glass of unsweetened berry juice before going to bed.
DAY 2.
stop eating fruits, consume soup and green salat all over the day. make cure your salat contain no dressing, peas and corns.
DAY 3.
consume the soup, salat and fruits today but no potato.
DAY 4.
Take a glass of skimmed mil with soup. today you need carbohydrate and proteins so take 8 bananas so that you body get enough energy.
DAY 5.
Eat your soup again. today you can eat salat with salmon fish. make sure 10 ounces is enough.
DAY 6.
Today you need protein. so take salat with 10 ounces of meal.
DAY 7.
consume little amount of rice today with fresh watermelon juice and eat your soup also today.
It is very hard to take calorie as i have told you, but if you want to burn your fat fast then you need to do it.
WEIGHT LOSS BY EXERCISE.
weight loss by exercise is also a fast method. do exercise 4 to 5 times a week about one and half hour daily. In this way you can consume 5 pounds per week. take 1000 to 1500 calorie daily because now you have to do exercise so you need to take more calorie. so stick with the following principles.
1. Enjoy low calorie food such as vegetables, bread etc.
2. Drink plenty of water, green tea but avid from beverages.
3. Avoid from greasy foods and sweets.
4. Avoid from snacks.
And that's it you can easily get slimed body by these two method. you can lose 15 to 20 pound weight just by these two method. both of these are very effective and fast ways.
