So here are some tips which help you to get rid from more acnes. You can get rid of your pimples by little change in your life, there is no need to use pills or anti-acne creams. These tips will help you.
- clean you skin of face, neck, upper back with a mild cleaner at least twice a day.
- wash your skin with our hand instead of cloth or cleaning sponge. Cloths can damage your acnes.
- Avoid washing your skin too frequently and scrubbing your skin harshly.
- Wash your hair daily to prevent oil, hairspray and any other things from your acnes.
- Avoid from picking and squeezing your acnes, it can increase the likelihood of some addition acnes on your face.
- Avoid touching acnes, it can also increase the likelihood of more acnes.
- Avoid from taking junk foods, from beverages. Junk foods can produce more oil on your face which cause more acnes.
- Sleep at least 7 to 8 hours daily, your skin need rest while will it take while sleeping.
- Do not use astringent contain alcohol, these products commonly use to get dry skin and it can cause breakouts.
- Change you pillow and bed sheet after a week, our acnes release dirt on your sheet or pillow and when you putt another side of you face on it, it cause more acnes.
- Drink plenty of water, keep yourself hydrated. Drink at least 8 to 10 glass of water daily.
- Do exercise, exercise will also help you to get rid of acnes.
