Weight lose:
As I discussed you  about Weight problem which is very biggest problem in this world nowadays. But there's solution of every problem in this world.

Let's take a look at weight lose today.
Hmm... It's a slow process, it takes time to lose weight. but in the end you will be succeed.
But the question is HOW?
Here's the answer:
 The following you will have to do for losing your weight. 


  • Take a look at yourselves that how much calories you need a day.
Calorie requirement is different for different people depending on activity, age, sex and season.
 
        A teen age girl needs about 2000 to 2500 calories  day. A rough method of calculating the energy requirement is: Desired weight(it is the which you want, not your current weight) multiply by 15, 20 or 25 according to the activity. If less active, multiply by 15, if moderately, multiply by 20, if very active multiply by 25. Let us take an example of a college girl whose weight is 100lbs and who is moderately active, then her calorie requirement would be like this:
                                             100 * 20 = 2000 calories



After calculating your calorie requirement.
  • know it's time to guess that with which thing you will get your required calories???
There are three things which gives us calories
  1. Carbohydrates.
  2. Proteins.
  3. Fats.

To lose weight you have to avoid fats. Fats have a very high amount of energy. So cut fats from your meals.
         The very best is to take calories from carbohydrates.
Your daily calories intake should be like this:
           
              60 to 65 percent from carbohydrates, 20 to 25 percent from proteins and ten percent from fat. If you take 0 percent calories from fat then there will nothing be more better than it. So try to take very very less or zero amount of calories from fats.
  • The last thing is exercise, walking, working more than you do.
